What's included

Four ways we keep it sharp

Lawn and grounds care

On the schedule your lawn needs.

Mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup as often as your lawn needs it. Each cut takes no more than a third of the blade. Your specialist notices what changes on the property and tells you before it becomes a problem.

Fall cleanup and winter prep

Ready before the first freeze.

Leaves cleared from lawns and beds, beds cut back, and the property readied for winter, so spring starts clean.

Exterior cleaning

Before algae sets in.

Siding, decks, walkways, and patios washed before dirt and algae settle in and stain, with the pressure and method matched to each surface.

Repairs and installs

The small things, handled.

Drywall, trim, doors, hardware, and the other small repairs that pile up around a home, priced in writing and documented when done. If a repair points to a bigger problem, you hear about it before anything is fixed.

We find the root problem before we fix anything.

Questions about home maintenance

How often will my lawn be mowed?

As often as it needs. Grass grows fastest in spring and fall and slower in midsummer heat. The rule is never to cut more than a third of the blade at once. The season usually runs April through October or November, and your plan sets the schedule for your property.

Can I start with just one service?

Yes. Start with what your home needs now. Your written plan shows what to add later, and when.

When should fall cleanup happen?

After most of the leaves are down and before the ground freezes, usually late October through November in the Farmington Valley. A thick layer of leaves left through winter blocks the light and smothers the grass underneath.

Will pressure washing damage my siding?

Pressure that's right for concrete can damage siding or wood, so each surface gets the pressure and the approach it can take. On siding, the water is never aimed upward, because spraying upward can force it behind the panels. Plantings around the house are protected while we work.

Who handles electrical and gas work?

Licensed electricians and licensed plumbing or gas vendors, brought in and overseen by your specialist. They pull the permits their work requires.

Who do I call when something needs attention?

Your property success specialist. You hear back within one business day, and within the hour during an active project. Urgent issues come first.
